Booking Process


Book flights in just 4 easy steps

1. Search Flight

  • Search preferred flights and available deals by choosing your destination, your trip (one way, round trip or multi cities), arrival date, return date, number of travelers, class.

2. Fill in information

  • Fill in the online form for all passengers with full names, gender, date of birth, passport details as they appear on the passenger's passport, and contact details.

3. Payment

  • Pay your booking to secure reservations either by Credit / Debit card, Paypal Account, or wire transfer to our HSBC Bank account.

4. E-ticket

  • After payment is verified successfully, we will issue an E-Ticket and send it to you via email.
  • Print off your E-Ticket and make sure you keep it with you at all times during travel.


Step 1: Fill in the secured online application form

  • Please enter your information into our online form at the link Apply for a visa.
  • In this step, you are required to enter the exact personal information of the applicants as they appear on their passports.

Step 2: Get confirmation and make payment

  • Please double check your information and make sure that all of it is correct. Then choose the payment method and fill in the secured payment form to pay for our visa service fee. After payment, you may be contacted for additional supported documents if requested by the local government.

Step 3: Get your e-Visa and instructions to get your visa stamped

  • After step 2, please keep an eye on your email inbox for a confirmation from us and an estimated time about when your e-Visa will be ready. The time required for processing your application will vary depending on your destination. Usually, you can:
    • Get the e-Visa within 3 business days for normal service.
    • Get the e-Visa within 2 days for urgent service.
    • Get the e-Visa within 24 hours for super urgent service.
    • The E-Visa will be processed and issued electronically and sent to you via email.

Step 4: Get your visa stamp on your passport on arrival

  • Please print off your e-Visa approval from your email and keep it with your passport to the country of destination.
  • Upon arrival at your destination, proceed to the e-visa counter and follow their instructions to get a visa stamp on your passport.


Step 1: Search hotels

  • Please enter required information including location (city), proposed dates of stay, and number of guests.
  • Consider whether or not you require extra services such as a spa, fitness center or free Wifi.

Step 2: Review options from available hotels, rooms, and rates

  • Choose from multiple hotel/ room/ rate combinations on the result page that best suits your needs.

Step 3: Enter guest and payment details

  • Once you have selected your hotel room, you can reserve it online. Please input the guest’s details including but not limited to full names, addresses, email address and payment details. Various options of payment methods are available such as credit/ debit card, PayPal, and wire transfer.

Step 4: Confirmation

  • You will receive a confirmation email from either the hotel or Travelner for your reservation. Please read carefully the receipt to make sure everything is correct including travel dates and agreed-upon room rates.


Step 1: Search tour

  • Fill in the online form for all passengers by providing us the number of passengers, destination, date, requirements, and contact details.

Step 2: Select your preferred tour

  • Choose your preferred tour from the result page that meets your requirements.

Step 3: Pay your booking

  • You can pay by Credit / Debit card, Paypal Account, or wire transfer to our HSBC Bank account.
  • After payment, you may receive a follow up email from our team for further support.

Step 4: Confirmation

  • You will receive a confirmation email as soon as all services including accommodations, transportation, and tickets included in the itinerary are confirmed. The confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) after the reservation has been made.
