Documents that may be needed for a medical claim: Detailed Bills/Forms for medical services received; Receipts for payments made for medical treatment; Medical documentation; Doctor and hospital reports.
Documents that may be needed for trip cancellation or interruption claim: Original Trip Itinerary and Invoice; New Trip Itinerary; Proof of Trip Payment; Proof showing the cancellation date, amount forfeited and amount refunded.
Documents that may be needed for a trip delay (Quarantine) claim: statement from Physician; Government; Airline Carrier; or Airport Facility that concerns your Delay.
