What's the Travelner's support package?

The support package is the extra service that you will receive when booking services like flight tickets, hotels, car rental, etc with Travelner. This is our special service and can't be booked as a stand-alone service. By default, every customer is entitled to the Standard support however some would pay additionally for Premium service. The benefits include

  1. instant and 24/7 direct line support,
  2. help with rescheduling by finding the best option available and
  3. if canceling within 24 hours of ticketing, we waive Travelner's cancellation service fees (approx USD250).
