Refund Policy

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You must not make any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions about the refund policy of travelner.com. These terms and conditions apply to bookings you make with our consultants (over the phone or by email) as well as online bookings you make on our website.

All cancellation requests have to be sent to us by email, we then check and support you process the refund following our refund policy and airlines’ terms and conditions.

When you make a booking on our website, you agree with our Payment Process. Users are advised to read the Universal Terms Of Service carefully.

  1. All cancellation requests have to be sent to us within 15 minutes, from the time we receive your booking. However, no refund is processed until we get confirmation from the airlines.
  2. If we can not reach you over the phone, email, or other channels, we will void the transaction or refund the full amount to your account within 7 - 15 days, and the booking will not be valid after we have processed the refund.
  3. The price which we show on our website is USD. When we void the transactions/ make a refund, you will receive the exact amount that you paid on our website in USD, and we don't take any responsibility for Foreign Exchange Rates.
  4. Any amounts accrued and/or becoming payable on account of refunds shall be refunded to the credit/debit card used to purchase the Booking or adjusted against the dues of the Customer as per the following schedule:
    • Within Seven (7) - Twenty-one (21) business days of Travelner’s receipt of the cancellation request, subject to the cancellation fees quoted at the time of quote and all restrictions and/or penalties imposed by the airlines.
    • No Show Tickets: After Twenty-one (21) business days and only after Travelner receives a refund from the airline wherever applicable.
  5. After issuing e-Ticket, Travelner will charge a Cancellation fee as the table below to the Customer over and above any applicable airline fees, for all refund transactions.

  6. When we void the transactions following your refund request, the amount will be back to the same credit card/ debit card which you have used to make a payment on our site. We do not take any responsibility for the card expired or cancelled.
  7. In some cases, the refund processing time will take up to 60 days to receive a statement listing the refund, of course, subject to your credit card as well as the billing cycles of your credit card company. Any applicable refund service charge will be deducted from the amount refunded.
  8. Travelner will not refund for these cases below:
    • Customers who have purchased tickets but don’t arrive in time to carry out the airports’ flight procedures.
    • Customers who have purchased tickets but they don’t use them or do not comply with the itinerary shown on the tickets.
    • Customers who have bought the tickets but they do not use the entire journey as purchased.
    • Customers who have been denied a check-in counter at the airport because they don’t have enough valid travel documents according to the rules such as passport, visa, identity card,... or required documents when traveling with minors.
    • We do not take any responsibility for denied checks - due to incorrect personal information and any losses incurred. Though every effort will be made on our part to correct any booking issues prior to departure, no refund will be given by us in the event of false or incorrect information being supplied at the time of submission. We strongly recommend that you check your e-ticket against your passport and personal information prior to departure.
    • We do not take any responsibility for overweight baggage or fee for extra baggage at the airport.
    • All reasons are determined to be due to force majeure circumstances.
    • Non-refundable tickets, tickets that the customers have got through promotional programs.

Discounts and Savings Claims

Discounts and savings claims are based on multiple factors, including searching over 600 airlines to find the lowest available fare. Promo codes shown (if any) are valid for savings for qualified bookings off our standard service fees. Seniors and youth may find specific discounted fares offered by certain airlines subject to airline qualifications. Military, bereavement, and visually impaired travelers are eligible for discounts off our post-booking service fees as outlined in the compassion exception policy, mentioned in our Terms and Conditions.

* Savings based on median fares found on Travelner last month. All fares are for round-trip tickets. Fares include all fuel surcharges, taxes & fees, and our service fees. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-assignable. Name changes are not permitted. Fares are only correct at the time of display. Displayed fares are subject to change, availability and cannot be guaranteed at the time of booking. The lowest fares may require an advance purchase of up to 21 days. Certain blackout dates may apply. Holidays and weekend travel may have a surcharge. Other restrictions may apply.
