After I processed the first payment, I didn't get a confirmation email for my booking. What should I do?
After you complete the first payment, please check your email and complete the payment. After full payment you still haven't received an email after 24 hours, you'll need to contact us asap through email [email protected] or hotline. Our staff will check and resend the confirmation email for you as soon as possible. If you’re not sure if you have received the booking confirmation email or not, don't try to book again - you could end up with two bookings. Please contact us, we will check and revert to you as soon as possible.
