COVID Test

COVID-19 negative certification required to enter the country.

Quarantine Requirements

All unvaccinated travelers arriving by air are required to quarantine for 14 days.

Travel Documents Requirements

All travelers, aged five years and above, entering Canada via air or land borders are required to present a negative COVID-19 test result, carried out within 72 hours of departure for flights and arrival for land borders. Antigen tests will not be accepted.

This applies to both vaccinated and unvaccinated travelers. However, those who have recovered from COVID-19 can instead provide proof of a positive COVID-19 molecular test taken at least 14 and no more than 180 days before departure.

Travelers returning from the United States will be required to present a negative molecular test result taken within 72 hours prior to arrival in Canada.

Travelers arriving from India must have proof of a negative molecular test from the approved Genestrings Laboratory at the Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) taken within 18 hours prior to the scheduled departure of their direct flight. However, those who have previously tested positive for COVID-19 can present a positive molecular test issued by a certified laboratory between 14 and 180 days before their scheduled departure.
