COVID-19 negative certification required for entering the country.

Quarantine Requirements

Self-isolation at own accommodation.
EU/Schengen-countries: Travellers may enter Denmark from EU/Schengen-countries without test or self-isolation:

• Fully vaccinated residents in EU/Schengen
• Fully vaccinated residents in OECD-countries
• Fully vaccinated travellers from risk-countries
• Fully vaccinated travellers who can document vaccination with the EU corona passport or with a vaccination certificate, which is equal to the EU digital COVID-19 certificate
• Previously infected travellers from all countries

Children below 15 years are exempt from quarantine and testing requirements.

Travel Documents Requirements

Travellers can access DENMARK if they hold one of the following documents:

Proof of full vaccination, completed at least more than two weeks and less than 12 months before travelling. Accepted vaccines: BioNTech and Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Janssen Pharmaceutica NV,

Proof of recovery from COVID-19. Validity: recovery attested more than 14 days but less than 12 months.

Both PCR tests and rapid antigen tests (RAT) : PCR test within the past 96 hours or with the rapid antigen test (RAT) within 72 hours (such as upon entering Denmark). Travellers who cannot provide any of these documents must:

Test before or after entry within 24 hours after arrival from EU/Schengen Countries according to the Danish classification.

Test after entry: If you are not vaccinated or previously infected you must take a test within 24 hours after entry from Covid-19 Risk Countries/ Regions and Areas according to Danish classification. This also applies even though you have taken a test before entry.

Test and self-isolate: within 24 hours upon arrival and self-isolate for 10 days after arriving in Denmark, after entering from a COVID-19 high-risk country according to the Danish classification. You may end the isolation with a negative PCR-test taken at least four days after arrival. The following persons and venues/events are exempt from the Corona passport requirement

Children under 15.

Persons who can provide documentation which has been issued and signed by a municipal citizens service centre that they are exempt from having to have a COVID-19 test.

Participants in political meetings, polling, elections, election events.
